I have been working with Past Life Regression and Shadow Work modalities for 10 years. My clients come from all walks of life and from various cultural backgrounds. This work addresses psychological, emotional and spiritual issues and facilitates healing and integration. It is a therapeutic process for helping resolve emotional and energetic blockages. Clearing these blockages creates an opening for clarity, undiscovered joy, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your true potential.

With honesty and compassion I will work with you to create an open channel of communication. The goal of our therapy sessions together, will be to help you develop the mental fortitude needed to lead a successful life. Additionally, we will work on the skill of self-compassion, which will allow you to move more easily through difficult times in the future, as wells as become a more productive and happier person.

Asking for help is a sign of strength.

If you are looking for guidance with self esteem and acceptance, feelings of shame and inadequacy, it takes courage to ask for help. Admitting you can’t do everything on your own, is the first step toward achieving wellness in a fast paced, demanding world.

The way in which we cope in the world is greatly influenced by how we see the world. Asking for help, and obtaining a fresh perspective is often the first and most profound step toward developing the mental muscle needed to become stronger.

The Benefits of Shadow work and past life regression

Limiting belief systems that influence our life often rest on strong emotional reactions to past events but their origin has become buried, forgotten, with only the mechanistic patterns of reactions remaining.

My clients experience the effects of this repression as

♦ Feeling confused about who you are and what you want.
♦ Feeling disassociated, disconnected or numb.
♦ Feeling “not alive”- drugs, alcohol, extreme sports, gambling, overeating, violence, risky behaviors, sex addiction/perversion, etc
♦ Being destructive when emotional – verbal/physicial abuse, self-harm, sabotaging, suicide attempts, escalating arguments.
♦ Unfulfilling relationships: lack of depth, destructive behavior.

♦ “Splitting”= I’m the good one and you are bad, misunderstanding in communication/conflict, getting easily triggered.
♦ Spiritual bypassing: labeling anger, rage, jealousy, sadness, etc as bad, shameful, involved, unenlightened, low vibration, no value, to be avoided, something that needs to be cleansed…
♦ Toxic “positive” thinking -anger is negative, its not that bad, i’m strong, that can’t affect me.
♦ Toxic spirituality – let your thoughts and emotions go…there is no pain, there is no personality.

“What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle.”
